Begooy Magooy, a Farsi phrase meaning "falling and not falling," is inspired by the lasting impact of words and conversations. Throughout life, we carry certain words with us. Some offer comfort and encouragement, while others leave invisible marks that quietly shape our thoughts, memories, and sense of self.

This collection gives physical form to those unseen surfaces and textures — the uneven surfaces and organic forms represent the traces that words leave behind, while stride and stance appear as symbols of support, resilience, and the strength we find along the way. Together, these elements remind us that every experience, whether painful or uplifting, becomes part of who we are. Rather than hiding our scars, the collection celebrates them as the stories that make each of us unique.
